Aponi, the sister of Helaku and Tuari, is remarkably independent and adventurous for such a young pup. This little daredevil often takes the lead during the pack’s explorations around the enclosure. She is also perfectly content to wander off on her own and take a nap somewhere in the vast habitat. Many other pups would feel quite nervous being all alone out there, but not Aponi.
