First the work then having fun

As it is often the case first come the work and then there is time for fun. That’s the same for your wolves and dogs.
In the morning we start with Training and working on the Touch screen. Each wolf has to come out one by one and work with. Also our youngsters Kenai und Wapi are doing training and are also working on the touch screen. Afterwards we bring up the dogs to work with them, to do training and working on the touch screen.

After working the come back into their enclosure and either enjoys a nap, are sniffing around or playing with each. Maisha and Kilio for example must have found something because they smell around in the enclosure. The wolves for example Yukon, Tatonga and Nanuk are chasing each other and then Tatonga is running into the tunnel, Yukon is standing on it and waiting for Tatonga at the end of it and Nanuk is standing in front of it to block her. Another time they were chewing on branches and Tatonga is trying to get an apple by jumping up but the apple was wagging back and forth.

In the afternoon we did a walk with Kenai and Wapi together and they had fun to run after each other and to wrestle in the gras. Already some minutes after we left the enclosure for the walk with the pups the other wolves started howling and did so till we were back. Already the little ones are an important part of the pack.
