It´s Christmas time...

Christmas parties, drinking mulled wine, eating cookies, lighting candles… these are only some of the reasons why so many people are so fond of Christmas time.
At the WSC we are not different. On Friday, 2nd of December we had a wonderful Christmas party with our members, wolf-godparents and sponsors. We were eating gingerbread at the campfire, drank Kurt´s self-made punch and listened to wolf stories. I even could find a Christmas story in which a wolf was mentioned! On Tuesday our colleagues from the Clever Dog Lab were invited and the celebrating went right on.

I personally try to enjoy these days particularly because I will say good bye to the WSC by the end of the year and go back to Germany. I look back on an exciting, beautiful and eventful year during which I learned a lot and got to meet wonderful people and animals. I appreciate very much that I was part of this unique project and want to thank the founders, trainers, students, volunteers, and of course the wolves and dogs. Thank you for this great experience! I also thank our visitors with whom I had a lot of fun during guided tours and wolf-walks and of course you, who are reading our blog.

I wish all of you merry Christmas and a great year 2012.
